ToolStack (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a platform for managing, tracking, and documenting tools, receipts, serial numbers, and maintenance logs. Our services are available via our iOS app(s) and website, developed for Apple devices.

You must be at least 16 years old to use ToolStack. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

When using ToolStack, you agree to:

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload (e.g., tool photos, receipts) does not include sensitive personal information unless proper consent has been given.

All content, branding, and technology within ToolStack are the property of ToolStack Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Your use of ToolStack does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service.

7. Availability & Updates

We aim to provide reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be modified or discontinued at any time without liability.

You are responsible for keeping your app updated. Some features may require the latest version to function properly.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Interfere with the Service’s operation or infrastructure
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any user-entered data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, downtime, or business interruption.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the last 12 months.

12. Third-Party Services

ToolStack may integrate with third-party services (e.g., cloud storage or OCR). We are not responsible for their content, reliability, or data practices. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the UK courts.
